My wife, partner and best friend of 20 years, Faith,

What can I say. I grew up in a "Leave it to Beaver" home of the 50s and 60s. I started swimming at an early age and swam competitively starting at 10 years old. Also got into springboard diving and become the #1 Varsity diver in our high school, in Santa Cruz County California.
Started surfing at 11 years old and loved it! That was 1965! My first board was 11 feet tall and so heavy and big my buddy and I had to carry it together to the beach! Kit and I still are friends and surf when we get together in California. My other buddy is Mark. Both from my school days.

When I was 22 I moved to Sitka Alaska and worked in the fishing industry as a fish buyer, grader, fisherman and boat builder. My two children where born in Sitka and graduated from the local high school. Both are great kids to have!
After 10 years in Sitka my first wife and I split up and I went back to Santa Cruz to work for my Dad. He was in custom homes. I stayed in the construction industry until 2004. I had moved to the Seattle area in 1988 and started my own company. I let that go to work for a friend as a supervisor in his swimming pool company. I told him I would do that for 2 years. 10 years later I finally retired from construction.
I now work with my wife from my home in marketing and sales. I do some websites from time to time and really love using RapidWeaver! We are avid Mac fans and I now have several Mac related Video Training sites (see links below)
I have a granddaughter courtesy of my Son and his Brazilian wife.
In the fall of 2007 I moved to northern Arizona where I can enjoy the sun and outdoors.
I still make trips to the coast to surf and get some salt water back in me.
